RASPBERRY TRIFLE BY CURTIS STONE – COLES
It wouldn’t be an Aussie Christmas without a classic trifle for dessert… There are so many beautiful trifles and clever ways to serve them. A super yummy and easy trifle is Curtis Stone’s Raspberry trifle. It is filled with fresh raspberries, cream, crème fraîche and sweet sponge finger biscuits. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE BROWNIE TRIFLE
Enjoy decadent layers of delicious chocolate mousse, fudgy brownies and whipped cream as you scoop into this is gorgeous trifle. This one is for the chocolate lovers and a nice little twist on the traditional trifle. Click here for the recipe.

There is one thing better than strawberries and cream and that’s Eton Mess. When food is simple it can be spectacular, and it doesn’t get much simpler than Eton Mess. You can make this very quickly and easily.

WATERMELON CAKE
I just love this cake… It’s a refreshing healthy dessert that doesn’t involve baking and tastes surprisingly yummy. It’s also great for family or friends who can’t tolerate eating gluten or other baked goods. Well here it is my friends! It is made with real watermelon (seedless), and it is very easy to put together.

Meringue kisses are so fluffy and sweet to look at, with a tasty crunch of sweetness to boot! For stripes of colour, turn a piping bag inside out and brush on stripes of food coloring. Then carefully turn it back and fill with meringue. So pretty!
